Sometimes we feel a little better
without knowing exactly why.

Nothing specific changes.

The situation is the same.
Things around us haven’t really shifted.

And still, something feels lighter.

Not in a dramatic way.

Just enough to notice.

The heaviness that was there before
isn’t as present.

It’s not something we worked through.
Not something we figured out.

It just… eased a little.

And there isn’t always a clear explanation for it.

Sometimes the feeling passes on its own.
